By subscribing to the Spa Escape Box, you agree to a recurring billing plan that delivers a new, limited-edition facial experience each month.

You will automatically receive the next available box, if you order after a cut off date you will get the next month box shipment.

Every box is curated and blended fresh for the season using professional-grade ingredients and spa-quality self-care items.

Subscriptions are billed automatically on the 1st day of each month.

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a renewal is processed, that month’s box is considered confirmed and will be prepared for shipment.

Boxes are shipped between the 5th–10th of each month.

You’ll receive tracking details once your box has shipped.

Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand are rare but possible — we’ll always communicate updates if they occur.

Because Spa Escape boxes are custom-blended and limited edition, all sales are final once processed.

Refunds are not available for already-shipped or prepared boxes.
